Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, required assets, account access, approvals, and business rules needed to complete the work.

Delays in feedback, access, content, or approvals may affect timelines and delivery dates.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own the final custom deliverables created for them after all outstanding payments are completed.

Voxsera may retain ownership of reusable methods, internal tools, templates, know-how, pre-existing code, and general concepts that are not unique to a client project.

AI systems can be powerful, but they are not perfect. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before business use.

Clients are responsible for approving the final use of AI outputs in customer-facing, operational, financial, legal, medical, or high-impact contexts.

Many projects rely on third-party services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Twilio, Stripe, Supabase, hosting providers, analytics tools, CRMs, and APIs.

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, data handling, account restrictions, or service limitations controlled by those platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxsera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to website use or project services.

For paid client work, our total liability is limited to the amount paid to Voxsera for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Timelines are estimates unless stated as fixed in a signed agreement. We plan work carefully, but delivery can shift when scope changes, dependencies change, or feedback cycles extend.

We may break work into milestones, demos, reviews, and launch phases to keep progress visible and reduce delivery risk.

Payment terms are defined in proposals, invoices, or written agreements. Work may require an upfront deposit, milestone payments, monthly retainers, or usage-based platform costs.

Late or unpaid invoices may pause delivery, support, hosting setup, handover, or access to non-final work until the balance is resolved.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt site operations, scrape at abusive rates, upload malicious content, or use the website to violate applicable laws.

We may restrict access if we believe activity is harmful, fraudulent, automated in a disruptive way, or inconsistent with these terms.

We may update these terms as Voxsera evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

Continued use of the website or continued engagement after changes means you accept the updated terms.
